She has a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis and infant sign language. She is a breastfeeding support volunteer through the La Leche League and a postpartum doula student. She has had a passion for children from a very young age. This passion has grown as she adds each new element to her portfolio. She has been honoured to be a part of the Play Café. Lesley Stewart is a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant and Education Specialist with over 15 years of experience working with children and their families. Lesley believes that like proper nutrition and physical activity, sleep is paramount in children’s health and development and is essential to learning. She provides consulting and education services to families of children 4 months to 7 years of age and speaks regularly at parent groups, schools and health and wellness events.
