“What do I do if my baby stops breathing or what if my child chokes?” These are the most common questions I get from parents and caregivers.
Becoming a parent is an amazing event full of miracles happening every day but it also makes us feel vulnerable and full of new responsibilities. It is all part of this wonderful journey!
There are many things we can do to prepare ourselves and learning how to keep our family safe in the event of an emergency is definitely one of them! Join me and learn a skill that will save lives!! With our CPR class you will learn:
• To understand CPR and how best to handle an emergency
• CPR for an adult, child and infant
• CPR with the help of others
• How to use an AED (automated external defibrillator) on an adult, child and infant
• When and how to help a choking adult, child and infant
My classes are interactive and full of fun! We are a breastfeeding and child friendly class and we can be as flexible as you need. Dress comfortably and be ready for a hands on experience!
*Upon successful completion of the course the student will receive a certification valid for 1 year.
