Pelvic Floor Fitness Workshop
NEXT: February 28th 6 to 8pm
Do you pee a little when you run, laugh or sneeze? Wondering what prolapse or diastasis recti is and if you have it? Experiencing pelvic or low back pain? There’s a good chance that your pelvic floor (the area of muscle between your tailbone at the back and pubic bone at the front) and deep core muscles aren’t functioning properly.
Gain valuable information for maintaining a strong, functional core during pregnancy, the postnatal period, and beyond. Diastasis recti, prolapse, low back pain, pelvic pain, or bladder control issues are signs of a core that isn’t working optimally. You’ll learn all about how to prevent and treat these conditions without medication or surgery.
